this is dana.
it's safe to say she loves art and design. an artist at heart, she graduated with a design degree from Auburn University and started a career in interior design.
after the success of hand-drawing some stationery and invitations for friends and family, she fell back in love with drawing. the gratification of seeing something you created on paper is like nothing else. so she decided to start a business. and mission type co was born!
what makes mission type co. different?
everything is hand-drawn. the types are designed by dana and the only photoshopping that takes place is the coloring of her designs. what you see is exactly what it looks like in her sketchbook, only all designs start out in black and white, making it easy for clients to pick whatever color strikes their fancy.
mission type and mission work
15% of proceeds from mission type co. will be given back in the form of donations to non-profit organizations that sponsor mission work: here, globally, or maybe in your own backyard.

*if you don't see the size you like, it can be
ordered or cut down to size for a fee of
$15 per order

i can make anything any color you'd like.
unless you know the pantone color, i will
send you mock copies in the mail for your
approval.
